When you place your order, type the information and images you want in each box, in the "notes or instruction" located in the "Check-out" section after you "Add to Cart".
For Example:
Line 1 - Rank, First and Last Name
Line 2 - Company, Battalion, Regiment
Line 3 - Deployment and Dates
Line 4 - Years Served or Awards
Left box - Rank (chevrons or brass), Medal or a Photo
Right box - Campaign Ribbon, Branch Seal, Medal or a Photo

The image is formatted to fit a 11 inch wide x 14 inch high, matted frame opening and is printed on premium, heavy-weight, matte paper. This print does not come framed.

This print will be shipped flat in a plastic sleeve with a foam core back for extra protection and ready to frame once you take it out of the package.
